Multiple PDF exports
In SiteMax, you have the option to export multiple PDFs across all your projects into one single document. To access this feature, simply navigate to your company or project view.
Project View
Dashboard > Projects > Select a Project > Safety Reports/Site Reports
On the left sidebar, you should see a "site reports or safety reports" option.
Company View
Dashboard > Settings
On the left sidebar, you should see a "company reports" option.
When you select 2 or more reports, you will find a "Multiple PDF Export" option when you click the "action" drop-down menu. Upon selecting this option, a pop-up window will appear that displays the reports you've selected. From there, you have several options:
Download each file individually by clicking on the "PDF View" link located to the right of each project name.
Download merged PDF - Merge the selected reports into a single PDF document.
Download Zip Here we download the selected files you have chosen to your desktop in a .zip folder.
Note: If you don't, it's most likely a permission issue that an administrator can resolve.
