"How do I NOTIFY my field team that Site or Safety reports need to be completed?"

  • Users must have View, Edit and Manage permissions for Project Notices to Add Notice on a project.

  • Users can read and engage with a Notice on assigned projects when they have View and Edit permissions.

- Add Project Notices from Project Day View

- Select type of Notice.

- Select priority of Notice.

- Pick a User Title to address.

- Pick a Report to attach to the notice.

- Fill out the remaining fields and Save the notice.

- Manage Project Notices

- Click into the Project Notice Menu to See Details, Edit, Delete or Hide notices.
