- In a users permissions, make sure that they have Timecard Enabled.

- Timecard Manage (self) allows a user to create and/or delete their own timecard entries. This will allow users to Add Entry, record a Complete Time Entry, Check-in.
- Timecards View (self) allows a user to view their own timecard.
- Timecards Submit (self) allows users to submit their own timecard.
- Check In (self) allows a user to check in and check out to a project.

- Add a user to a project through Team & Project Structure.

- Make sure a user has a Timecard Enabled, before adding them to a project. This will show their timecard in Timecards.
