- Add Time by clicking into Timecards on any project.

- From Timecards, click Add Entry for any given day.

- Find an existing cost code entry and add an entry assigned to that code.

- Add (blank) Entry by clicking the + button in the row above all existing cost codes.

- Edit and existing entry by clicking on the time duration for that day/cost code.

- Edit Entry

- Classification is set up on a users profile, in the Pay Class field. Learn more in Team - Adding Users to SiteMax

- Update Check in/Out Times by clicking into the pencil icon.

- Delete check in/out times by clicking the x icon.

- When Editing Check In/Out Times a modal will pop-up for the time period.

- Edit In and Out times by clicking on the pencil or open space on any day of the pay period.

- Use the Date Picker at the top of the modal to toggle back a pay period.

- Approve the entire pay period from within this modal as well.

- Lastly, Edit Entries by clicking into any entries created per day.
