Dashboard > Projects > Select a Project > Change Orders

Are there any potential changes to the scope of work or specifications of a construction project that are identified before the change order is actually approved and executed? Document them using our Potential Change Orders (PCO) feature. This allows you to track and manage any possible changes to the project and ensure that they are properly reviewed and approved before they become actual change orders.

Add Potential Change Order

Note: Potential Change Order function almost identically to Change Orders.

  1. Go to the "Potential Change Orders" tab beside "Change Orders"

2. Click "Add PCO"

3. Fill out the necessary information and required fields.

4. Click the Save button to create a draft and for the "Enter Breakdown Information" field to show.

4. Once a potential change order is complete, click "Submit for Review".

Note: Like a Change Order the user can Add Response, Cancel PCO, Close or Update.
