Dashboard > Select a Project > Change Order

When working with Change Orders in SiteMax, you have the option to reference other relevant project documents and efficiently export "Change Orders" and "Potential Change Orders". This guide will walk you through the steps to reference and export Change Orders in SiteMax.

REFERENCING DOCUMENTS

Remember: To access the "PCO Reference," "RFI Reference," and "Other Reference" sections, select a project from the dashboard, navigate to the Change Order module in the sidebar menu, and click on "Add CO" on that page.

1. PCO Reference

To refer to Potential Change Orders on the project, when you click the "Add CO" button, a page will show up. Find the "PCO Reference" section, and once you click it, a drop-down menu of created PCO will show. The data will override whichever you select from the menu.

2. RFI Reference

If you need to refer to Request for Information (RFI) documents related to the Change Order, when you click the "Add CO" button, a page will show up. Find the "RFI Reference" section, and once you click it, a drop-down menu of created RFIs will show.

3. Other Reference

SiteMax also provides the flexibility to reference external documents not stored within the system. Simply type freely into the Other Reference section and provide details or links to the external documents associated with the Change Order.

Exporting Change Orders and Potential Change Orders

  1. Select a project from the dashboard, go to the Change Order module in the sidebar menu, and click on either the Change Orders or Potential Change Orders tab, depending on your requirements.

  2. Select the specific Change Orders or Potential Change Orders you want to export. You can choose individual items or select multiple entries.

  3. Once the desired CO or PCO is selected, click on the Actions button to access a range of export options.
