If a form is filled out on a regular basis and you would like to copy the data from a previous entry, you can activate Enable copy from existing.

To do this, go to Company Settings and navigate to the company's Forms.

Click on the settings for the form you would like to enable this feature for.

After this is selected, a dropdown will be available at the end of a new form created from this template to copy the data from a previously filled form.

When creating a new form, you will be able to duplicate the data entries from a previously filled form within the same project by clicking the Copy from existing button and selecting the form.
