Giving titles to users through Team.

Titles will allow you to assign specific roles or designations to users within your team. This helps to distinguish responsibilities and access levels within your organization.

  1. Start by accessing the "Team" module in SiteMax. From the user list, identify and select the users to whom you want to assign titles.

  2. Once you have selected the desired users, locate the "Actions" drop-down menu at the top of the user list. Click on the drop-down menu to reveal a list of available actions.

  3. From the "Actions" drop-down menu, choose the option labeled "Assign Title." This action will open a new window or prompt where you can specify and assign titles to the selected users.

Note: You may customize titles based on your organization's requirements. You can create and manage titles through your company settings to align with your unique organizational structure. Read more information HERE.
