This guide will walk you through the various features and options available to effectively manage your drawings within the application.
To begin managing your drawings, from the Dashboard, select the desired project then click on the "Drawings" module on the sidebar menu.
Filters for Version and Tags
Once your drawings have been uploaded, you can utilize the filtering options to streamline your search. The "Filters" allow you to isolate specific drawing versions and tags, making it easier to locate and work with the desired drawings.
Actions Menu
Select one or multiple drawings and take advantage of the Actions menu to perform various operations. The available actions include:
Bulk Edit: Make changes all at once
Delete: Permanently remove selected drawings from your project.
Export: Generate a downloadable file containing the selected drawings.
Move to Folder: Organize your drawings by moving them to specific folders or subfolders.
Highlighting Drawings
In Tile View, you have the ability to emphasize specific drawings for easy reference. By marking certain drawings as "Starred," you can distinguish them from others and quickly locate them when needed.
