Through the Settings on the web system, click into Integrations and tab to Quickbooks.

Accepting the Terms & Conditions and clicking connect will lead to the Intuit Login Page.



1) CREATE - Create Users in QB or SMX.

Sign In and follow the prompts on the Intuit side of the integration.

- Be sure to Sync Employees and Sync Vendors, if fetching data is needed for Timecards or Purchase Orders.

- Come back to this page at any time to Re-grant Access if the connection has been severed in any way.

2) SYNC - Sync Employees

Click into Sync Employees to review active syncs from SiteMax<>QB.

- Review all successful syncs

- Look through any Not synced users.

- Check on any application errors that occur during processing.

*note that not all QB usernames match SMX usernames exactly.

Sync Actions Menu

Once in the Sync Users window, use the Actions menu to:

- Add User Exceptions - Exclude QB users from being synced with SMX.

- Sync - Will re-sync the connection between QB and SMX users.

- Force Sync - Force a User Sync. *This could possibly create a user in QB*



1) CREATE - Create Vendors in Quickbooks.

Customers who have been using Quickbooks for some time, will want to sync Vendors from Quickbooks to SiteMax.

- Ensure all desired vendors have been created in Quickbooks prior to syncing.

2) SYNC - Sync Vendors from QB to SMX.

Once in the Sync Vendors window, use the Actions menu to:

- Sync - Sync (or re-sync) the Vendor/Contact connection from QB to SMX.

- Force Sync - Forcing a Vendor Sync will redo the connection between Quickbooks and SiteMax Vendor/Contacts. Duplicates will be excluded.
