- Select any contacts that need to be removed from your company contact list.

- Use the Actions menu to Archive Contacts.

- To view archived contacts, use the Filter functions to show contacts with a status of Archived.

- To return contacts to an Active state, select users from the Archived list filter and use the Actions menu to Unarchive contacts.
