SiteMax allows you to track your consumable materials through our "Materials" module. Consumable materials are items that you may need to restock or track the inventory. Examples of this include piping, flooring, chains, etc.

For billing or costing purposes, when you track materials, you can dive into usage by user and project.

Tracking your materials within SiteMax allows you to create reports, from details to summaries.

Benefits of Tracking Materials in SiteMax:

  1. Inventory Management

Getting Started with Materials Tracking:

  1. From the SiteMax Dashboard, navigate to the "Materials" module.

  2. Begin by adding the consumable materials you want to track. Provide details such as the item name, description, and any other relevant information.

  3. As you and your team use materials on projects, make sure to record the usage in SiteMax. This can be done through the designated material tracking features available within various project-related modules.
