Your system administrator sends you an Email invitation when you are added to the system. Search for the subject “You have been invited to SiteMax” or search for the sender "noreply@sitemax.cloud" to find it.

If you have not received an email or if the temporary password has expired, please contact your administrator and ask them to send a new one!

Login from Mobile

Use your email address (where the invitation was sent) in the Email field and copy/paste the temporary password provided in the Welcome email.
You will be prompted to set a new confidential password of your own the first time you log in.

Common mistakes:

  • miss-spelling email

  • adding empty spaces (make your password visible by clicking the eye icon to check)

  • copying more than the email or temporary password

  • access denied because your admin did not grant it! They can decide to give you Web, Mobile or either

Forgot Password? Click the "Forgot Password?" link below "Enter", enter the email address you use at work and you will receive an email with a new temporary password.

Log in from Web

Click on the Company login page provided in the email invitation*. We recommend you add the site to your favourites to find it easily in the future.

Log in from SiteMax marketing site

From our Marketing site, you will be able to access your account. If you forgot or don't know your company address (see *) this is an easy way to go to the right place. However, we do not recommend this method and will encourage you to go to your system address directly.

Note for people with more than one SiteMax account

  • You can't reset the password through mobile or through our marketing website https://www.sitemaxsystems.com/

  • You can only reset passwords individually by going to each system on the Web https://yourcompanyname.sitemax.cloud
