Dashboard > Time Center > People Tab > Actions > Lock/Unlock
Locking dates can be applied to a certain time period of your choosing. This will disable further edits from other users as well as the creation of new ones. Locking dates will need to be entered manually by the admin.
Locking dates can only be applied to a time before your current pay period. You can choose a Date Range, Multiple Dates, or an entire Pay period.
Check to see if a pay period is locked by looking at the "Status" icon. Locked dates are indicated by the solid locked icon.
Adding dates - making dates un-editable
Once the dates are added, you do not need to perform any further steps to protect future entries.
To add dates, follow the steps below:
Dashboard > Time center > People tab > Actions > Lock/Unlock > Add Locked Dates
Deleting - making dates re-editable
You can either delete an individual date or multiple using the "Checkbox" options and the deleting using the actions menu.
To delete locking dates, follow the steps below:
Dashboard > Time center > People tab > Actions > Lock/Unlock > Select dates > delete
Editing - adjusting what's editable
To modify locking dates, follow the steps below:
Dashboard > Time center > Actions > Lock / Unlock > (...) > Edit
