Fill assessment questions while allowing for additional contexts like photos and comments.
To create an assessments item follow the steps below:
Drag and drop the assessment box to the work area > Either double click on the Assessment section or click the pencil icon to edit the functionality
Once you have clicked the "edit" you will be provided with the following fields that can be edited.
Under Component Label type your question.
You can exclude the ability to add photos or comments to the response section.
Decide if this is a required field that must be filled before a user can save the form.
Pick if this section should be present on the saved PDF.
Users will be prompt to select from True (Checkmark), False (X), Not Applicable (N/A). They will also be able to add images by clicking the camera icon and comments with the chat bubble icon to add additional details.
