Get the most out of SiteMax mobile by using the following tips and tricks!

In the project dashboard, you will find your list of active projects. By clicking on the circle icon you will quickly be able to the Project Details.

Knowing where to locate these details will save your team lots of time and answer many of their project-related questions.

Users can even navigate to the Project's location by clicking on the Navigate to Address option which will direct them to their mobile GPS!

View Notifications by clicking on the bell icon in the right-hand corner of the project dashboard. There you will find a list of your most recent mentions, tasks assigned, etc.

On the right-hand side of the project name, you will find red numbers indicating project notifications such as recently added photos or reports. Swipe on the project from right to left to quickly access the project notices for photos, site and safety reports, purchase orders, and documents.

The +Add button in the bottom menu bar will allow you to add entries to the overall Company system when in the Project Dashboard view.

However, when you click on a specific project, you will use the same button to add entries that are project-specific.

Filter projects to customize your dashboard view to order by progress, dates, tags, status and more!

Simply click on the filter icon next to the search bar in the Project Dashboard. Then you will see options to filter projects by Order By, Tags, Status, and more.

After you select your filters, click save to return to the Project Dashboard.
