Dashboard > Projects > Select a Project > Drawings
From the project level, in the Drawings dashboard, click Upload Drawings.
Step 1 - Select a folder and upload drawings.
- Select folder to upload drawings (if nothing is selected, then drawings will go into the default folder).
- Select Units of Measurement
- Select the PDF file(s) to be uploaded.
Step 2 - It will show that the PDF file is being processed for upload.
- Click “Next” once all files have been successfully uploaded.
Step 3 - Number, name, and tag drawings to be uploaded
- Manage drawings by selecting certain drawings or all (defaults to all if none are selected).
- Edit drawing numbers
Numbers sequentially starting at a specified number
Add character(s) before or after the number.
Remove characters from the left or right side by designating the number to remove from the specified side.
- Actions
Delete drawings.
Scan number/title all
Number Sequentially
Add characters
Remove characters
- Publish drawings.
