Ensure the safety of your employees and maintain compliance with SiteMax's organized record-keeping and maintenance capabilities.

Streamline the management of your company's equipment by utilizing the Equipment module. Inside, you'll find a list of all company equipment under the Main List tab.

Click on any of the listed Equipment to view the Equipment details. Here you will find the Equipment's Profile, Maintenance, Reports, and Log.

Under the Maintenance tab, you will be able to view the Equipment's logs in the units: Hours, Kilometers, and Miles. All the following logs in the Maintenance tab will be measured in the chosen unit.

Right below the Units Logs is the Service history for your equipment. A new Service Item can be added by clicking on the "Add a Service Item" button.

Here you will be able to add a Service Record for your equipment by filling out the following information. You may set a reminder for when Service is due by clicking on Remind Me and selecting a date.

Service Records for all Equipment will be viewable in the Maintenance tab of the Equipment module.

Within the Maintenance Item section, you can easily locate the Service Record or Record name. The Equipment name will be displayed in the designated Name column. Additionally, important details like the record's Expiry Date, Reminder, Status, and the name of the User who created the record will be available in the columns.

The last item tracked in an Equipment's maintenance is the Purchase Orders. This section will show any Purchase Orders associated with the selected Equipment. This will allow you to track costs and logs in one place.

Leveraging the SiteMax Maintenance feature empowers your team to efficiently handle equipment and ensure compliance.
