Allow users to draw or insert their signature to sign off on a form with the Signature component. Make the Signature required to ensure the appropriate user verifies their completion of a form.
Adding the Signature Component
To use Signature, start by clicking the pencil edit icon of the field you would like to edit.
On the left-hand menu bar, you will find the Signature options.
Here you find the options:
Required - Use this option to make the Signature required before exiting
Title-based Visibility - Make the component visible to specific users based on their user titles
Show Date - Enable this option for a date field that users manually enter the date signed
Display Timestamp - Display the exact time, date, and location to know when and where the user Signed off on the form
Signatures can have a Timestamp component enabled to show the exact time and user ID of the signee
When the user has their location settings on, the Timestamp component will also display the user's coordinates
