Managing user titles - setting & removing

In SiteMax, you have the flexibility to edit user titles, allowing you to assign or modify titles for individual users based on their roles and responsibilities within your organization.

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the "Teams" tab and click on "Users".

  2. Within the Users list, you will notice a column labelled "Titles". This column displays the titles that are currently assigned to each user. To edit user titles, locate the user for whom you want to make changes to their title.

  3. To edit a user's title, click on the user's name. This will open the user's profile on an edit page. Look for the "Titles" tab, which contains a list of all the titles that have been created through your company settings.

  4. In the "Titles" tab, you will see the titles available for assignment. To apply a title to the user, simply click on the desired title. If you want to remove a title from the user, click on the title to deselect it. You can apply or remove multiple titles based on the user's role.

  5. Click the "Save" button.

Note: Editing user titles is done on an individual user basis, and changes made to one user's title will not affect other users. Additionally, to create or edit existing titles, you need to refer to your company settings.
