Send invitation emails, manage lost passwords

  1. To begin the user invitation process, navigate to the "Team" module in SiteMax.

  2. From the "Users" tab, identify the individuals you want to invite to SiteMax.

  3. After selecting the invitees, locate the "Action" drop-down menu at the top of the user list. Click on the drop-down menu to reveal a list of available actions. From this menu, choose the option labeled "Send Invitation Email."

Note:

  • The invitation email serves a dual purpose as it not only invites users but also enables password resets for existing users.

Don't Forget! Instruct users to copy or paste the Temporary Password on initial login.
