Resending a users email invite

Sometimes, users may encounter situations where email invites sent from your SiteMax site get blocked by spam filters, end up in the trash folder, or fail to reach the intended recipients' inboxes.

To address this issue, SiteMax provides a convenient solution. Within the platform, users with access to the "Teams" page, usually administrators, have the ability to resend invites to affected users. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend verifying the email addresses for any possible typos and ensuring their accuracy.

To resend an invite, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard and select the "Team" sidebar menu.

  2. Click on the "Users" tab within the "Team" section.

  3. On the user management page, locate the checkbox next to the user(s) you wish to resend the invite to.

  4. Find the "Actions" dropdown menu and select "Send Invitation Email" from the available options.
