Streamline your workflow by adding QR codes to equipment. This allows you to simply scan your equipment when clocking in. You can also fill in reports associated with specific equipment and use QR codes to ensure you are associating the reports with the correct equipment.
How to Link QR to Equipment?
1. QR Code on Web
From the dashboard, go to "Equipments" from the sidebar menu. Once you are on the "Equipments" page, you have the option to "Add Equipment," or if you have existing equipment with which you want to associate a QR code, just click the name of that equipment.
When you are already on the equipment detail page, look for the "Sticker Code ID" and click the "Save" button.
2. QR Code on Mobile
From the mobile dashboard, go to "Equipments" from the sidebar menu. Once you are on the "Equipments" page, you have the option to "Add Equipment," or if you have existing equipment with which you want to associate a QR code, just click the name of that equipment.
When you are already on the equipment detail page, look for the "Sticker Code ID" and click the "Save" button.
Or you can also scan your QR code by clicking the QR code icon.
