To add Equipment from your mobile device to your Company's SiteMax platform, start by clicking + Add.

Select Equipment and click the +Add Equipment option. Fill in your Equipment details in the Profile tab of the added Equipment.

After filling out the fields and saving, the options "Reports" and "Attachments" will be available.

Select Reports to add a report to a specific tool then choose a template. Pick an existing Form or "+ Create Form" to create a new one.

Under the Attachments tab, you will be able to add an attachment to equipment (for example the Equipment Manual or any documentation that you may need).

In the Home screen, press the four horizontal lines at the top right corner or swipe from right to left to access the sidebar menu. Choose Equipment.

From there, click the three dots in the top right corner to access the equipment options. Select Move Tools. Then, select all the tools you want to move and click Move All (selected tools).

Choose the Location, such as the Project name, then select Save.

To move equipment to another Toolbox select the Move Toolbox option. Then, select available toolboxes or scan a QR code.

Select the Location then press Move All.

Using QR codes is an efficient way to move equipment across Projects.

On the dashboard press + Add > Equipment > Scan Multiple

Scan each QR code associated with a tool. Then choose the Location or Project you would like to move your tools to.

To add a report to equipment on mobile start at the dashboard, and press + Add > Equipment > Add Report. Select a tool from the list or scan the QR code.

Then choose a report template from Tool Reports, fill in the report and then Save.

From the dashboard press + Add > Equipment > Scan Equipment to scan a new QR code. If the QR code is not associated with a tool the following message will appear.

Create a new tool directly in the app by clicking on the Create button.
