If you're experiencing the "Offline Storage is Disabled" error message when trying to create forms or access drawings on your mobile device, you may need to enable the offline storage sync feature. Here's how:

Step 1: Open Your Account Settings

First, make sure you are signed into your account on your mobile device. Then, click on the "Account" button located in the bottom right corner of your screen. This will take you to your account settings.

Step 2: Sync Your Data

Once you are in your account settings, click on the "Sync" button. This will allow you to synchronize your data, including any lists that may be needed to create a form. If you have any reports that were created offline, they will also be synced back to your account.

Step 3: Sync Your Drawings

To sync your drawings, navigate to the folder in your individual project where the drawing is stored. From there, click on the "Sync" button located in the top right corner of your screen. This will download the drawing to your device so you can access it offline.

Step 4: Manage Your Synced Drawings

As you accumulate more drawings on your device, they can take up a lot of space. To manage your synced drawings, go back to your account settings and click on "Remove synced drawings". This will allow you to free up space on your device by deleting any synced drawings that you no longer need.

These steps will allow you to create forms and access drawings even when you are offline. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
