Question:

Our project is ending soon. How do I export all the information in a project on SiteMax?

Answer:

As your project comes to a close, you might want to export the information you've generated on SiteMax, such as Safety Reports. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you with the process:

  1. Navigate to Company Reports

Once you're on the Company Dashboard, locate and click on the "Company Reports" module. This module is where you can access and manage different types of reports and forms related to your project.

  2. Choose "All Forms" Tab

Within the Company Reports module, make sure you're in the "All Forms" tab. This tab provides an overview of all the different forms and reports associated with your project.

  3. Apply Filters

To narrow down the information you want to export, click on the "Filters" option. This will allow you to specify criteria to refine the results.

  4. Fill in Filter Information

In the Filters section, enter the relevant information that will help you identify the specific data you want to export. This could include details like dates, project names, or specific report types.

  5. Apply Filters

After entering the filter information, click the "Apply" button. This will trigger the system to display the results that match your filter criteria.

  6. Select Files and Export

Review the results that appear based on your filters. Once you've identified the files you want to export, select them. To do this, mark the checkboxes next to the files.

  7. Perform Actions

After selecting the desired files, click on the "Actions" button. This will open a drop-down menu that provides various actions you can perform on the selected files.

  8. Choose "Export CSV with Filters"

From the dropdown menu, choose the option labeled "Export CSV with filters." This action indicates that you want to export the selected files in CSV format while retaining the filters you applied.

  9. Receive Email

After initiating the export, the system will package the selected files into a zip archive. You will receive an email containing this zip file as an attachment. This process might take a few moments, depending on the size of the exported data.

Additional Note: Aside from exporting Safety Reports, you can also use the "Company Reports" tab to export other types of documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Requests for Information (RFI), Change Orders (CO), Punchlists, and more. Just like with Safety Reports, you can apply filters based on relevant details like dates and project names to refine your search before exporting.
