Why can't I see the full list of available cost codes from the drop-down menu?
The cost code option in the drop-down menu is intentionally limited for performance reasons. We've designed it this way to enhance speed by loading only relevant options as you type, rather than loading the entire list each time. This approach helps to prevent slowdowns and ensures a smoother user experience.
Here are a couple of suggestions to address this:
Update Cost Codes: You have the option to update the cost codes created for each project. Even if they aren't currently used in the specific module you're working in, updating them ensures that the relevant cost codes for each module are available in the drop-down menu.
OR
Type to Find: Alternatively, you can simply type the name of the cost code directly into the field. As you type, suggestions will appear based on what you've entered, helping you find the right cost code quickly and efficiently.
