Equipment must be added to a project before users can add equipment time. If users don't have the ability to View, Edit, and Create a project AND company equipment, equipment will need to be assigned to a project before it can be selected for time entry.

To add equipment:

To add equipment time, simply click +Add > Time > Equipment Time > fill entry > Close

In mobile or web, when adding or editing a time entry, you will be able to use the equipment field to select the tool or machine associated with the time entry.
