Get Support With Mobile

Dashboard > Account > Report an Issue


Within the Mobile App, you will find support for any issues or questions you may encounter. To locate Mobile Support, navigate to the "Account" Module in your Mobile App and scroll down to Get Support.

There you will find the "Visit Help Center" option that when clicked, will direct you to the SiteMax Help Center. We have many articles in the Help Center that will guide you through the SiteMax system.

Also, under Get Support, you will see the option to "Take a Tour". By clicking this option, you will start a guided step-by-step tour of the Mobile app that will help you better navigate and understand the system.

Reporting an Issue With Mobile

To help us get to the bottom of your issue, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could send us a message from inside the SiteMax mobile app. By doing so, you will be directed to an Email conversation with one of our Support Agents.


Get Support on Web

Through the web, you have access to comprehensive support for any issues or questions you may come across. To easily locate web support, follow these steps:

  1. From the dashboard, look for the callout icon/chat bubble icon located at the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Click on the callout icon/chat bubble, and a page will appear.

  3. Navigate to the "messages" tab in the dropdown menu.

  4. Within the "messages" tab, you'll find an option to "Ask a question." Click on this button to proceed.

In addition to web support, you can explore various tabs available on that page, including Home, Help, and News. These tabs provide valuable resources and information:

  1. Home

    This tab serves as a central hub, providing you with easy access to important features and updates.

  2. Help

    In the Help tab, you can find a wealth of information such as Release Notes, System Status, and Help Articles. This section is designed to address common queries and provide guidance on using the platform effectively.

  3. News

    Stay up-to-date with the latest news and announcements related to SiteMax in the News tab. Here, you can find updates, feature releases, and other relevant information.
