Complete a SiteFlow

Learn how to access, edit, and submit a SiteFlow. Start the flow and save your progress.

SiteFlow simplifies essential tasks and tracking into a coherent & logical sequence. This eliminates the need for navigating through various screens, providing a seamless experience that will save you time!

IMPORTANT NOTE: All users must have a phone number associated with their account to enter the SMX Connect Portal and begin a SiteFlow. If you are not able to access SiteFlow, please reach out to your System Administrator.


Accessing SiteFlow

Follow these steps to access your Flow:

  1. Start by scanning the Flow's QR Code with your mobile device's camera

  2. You will be redirected to the SMX Connect Portal web page on your device's browser. Start by entering the phone number of your device, then press GO.

  3. Enter the Code you received in the mobile message. Then click Enter.

  4. You will now be directed to the Flow!


Complete a Flow

Flows are organized as sequential steps. To complete a Flow, you will need to complete each step before submitting.

Confirm you have read messages by clicking the Complete Step button where available.

After completing each step, the field will close and include a timestamp of when the step was completed.

Fill in the Reports by clicking on the Report name and select Save when complete.

Record your time on and off-site by clicking on the On-Site and Off-Site forms.

Upload any documents requested in the Document Upload section of the flow.

Sign when a signature is requested and Save before closing.

When you have completed all steps in the Flow click Complete.

If you click the Complete button before completing each step, you will receive a message noting that steps are incomplete, with each missing step indicated with an "X"

Or hit Dismiss if you will return to the Flow later. All steps completed will be saved and you may return to the Flow later by rescanning the Flow's QR Code.
